Functional Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

    Mash the bananas and mix with the eggs.

    Add the oats and cinnamon, mixing well.

    Finally, gently fold in the baking powder.

    Pour into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
